Auburn Basketball Tiger Walk Doubleheader Set for Wednesday in Birmingham
Birmingham-area Auburn fans will have two opportunities to cheer on the Tigers Wednesday, October 14, as both basketball teams prepare to take the court at Ballin’ in Boutwell.
The Auburn women’s and men’s basketball teams will each hold a Tiger Walk at the Hilton in downtown Birmingham before departing for their exhibition games at Boutwell Auditorium.
The Greater Birmingham Auburn Club encourages local Auburn fans to put on their orange and blue and come out to support both teams as they begin their seasons in the Magic City.

Auburn Basketball Returns to Boutwell
Wednesday’s doubleheader is part of Ballin’ in Boutwell, bringing college basketball to one of Birmingham’s historic venues.
The women’s game marks Auburn’s first appearance in the event and the beginning of head coach Larry Vickers’ second season. Auburn faces UCF in a matchup that includes an interesting connection: Savannah Scott returns to the Tigers after spending last season with the Knights.
The men’s team will follow Wednesday evening, facing Florida State under second-year head coach Steven Pearl. Auburn returns to Boutwell for the second consecutive year after a 97-95 overtime loss to Oklahoma State in last season’s event.
Tickets and Streaming Information
Fans who want to attend the games can find remaining tickets and additional event information at BallinInBoutwell.com.

Neither game is scheduled for a traditional television broadcast.
More Auburn Basketball Coming to Birmingham
The men’s team will return to Birmingham on Thursday, October 22, for The Feud, an exhibition matchup against Alabama at Legacy Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
But first, Wednesday is a chance for the Birmingham Auburn Family to show both teams some hometown support.
Come early, wear your orange and blue, and help us send the Tigers off in style!
War Eagle!
